Hello Russians, please accept my apology for posting in English, but I wish to have advice from the world's experts and everyone knows that Russian are the best with mushrooms. Yesterday I found this kilogram of beautiful chanterelles and I wish to cook them in the most delicious way (also in the photo is a couple of king boletes and 100g of hedgehogs) and I know that I can get better advice here than anywhere. I was thinking of making then into a piroshki filling with onion and potatoes, which isn't very creative, but something dependable and easy enough that I couldn't fail it.
How would you prepare them?

Hey, OP!
I'd stew or fry them with sour cream and a bit of onion and eat with boiled potato.
Or even fry all over first than stew in sour cream.
And of course - do not forget about black pepper and other spices which you may like to add. Parsley is obligatory.

Take this bit of advice: do not put sour cream on frying pan. It will burn and add a bad bitter taste. You better stew it not in the frying pan where you were preparing mushrooms but in a more deep dish.

Я тоже последнее время если съем много грибов, дрищу с них. А если 3, 4, 5 то все нормально.
